Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing in to JEE Forge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

JEE Forge provides chapter-wise practice and full-length mock tests for the IIT JEE Main and Advanced exams. Access is gated to approved Gmail addresses added by the platform operator.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• One person, one account. Don't share your account credentials.
• Sign-in is via your Google account. We don't store passwords.
• You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform.
• Share questions, screenshots, or proprietary content publicly.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Probe for, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without permission.

5. Content + intellectual property

Practice questions on the platform are AI-generated in the style of past JEE papers, or sourced from publicly available previous year question papers. They are provided for personal study only. The platform's code, design, UI, and assembled question collections remain the intellectual property of the operator.

6. Exam scoring & ranks

Scores and ranks shown on the platform are computed against other registered users on this platform only. They do not represent your actual JEE Main or JEE Advanced rank. Use them as relative practice indicators, not as predictions.

7. Service availability

The platform is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantee. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or in response to abuse. We are not liable for any consequence of service unavailability — including missed practice sessions, lost exam attempts, or scoring delays.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, JEE Forge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently zero — the service is free).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the landing page or sent to your registered email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
